Industrial sewing machine work. Full time 40 hour week; salary/wage rate compensation dependent on experience. Full benefits and a positive work environment.
Pay range $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system as related to the regulatory and certification requirements of the organization. The QC Manager is also responsible for the management of internal and external audits, improvement of quality performance metrics through continuous improvement initiative, activities, and events.
Minimum Requirements:
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 Certification
• Superior knowledge of statistical tools and techniques of Quality Management Systems and all Quality Assurance operations
• Advanced computer skills specifically in Excel and SharePoint
• Associates or Bachelor’s (Preferred) or equivalent experience
• Quality control: 5 years Required
• Supervising: 2 years Required (Preferred -Textile Manufacturing)
To oversee and manage production employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. Will oversee the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift. Will maintain knowledge of processes and equipment and ensure that products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly. Troubleshoots issues that arise and ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly. Requires thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery, excellent supervisory and leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior work experience with Industrial sewing machines preferred. Monday – Thursday (6am-4:30pm) 40hrs. No weekends. Pay: $23.00 – $28.00. Full Benefits.
